The monument is a 50-meter-long concrete structure designed in the form of two mussels and a pearl in between. Kish Museum lies at the bottom of the monument, covering a 3500 square meter area which consists of 4 galleries, an amphitheater, office, coffee shop and an educational workshop. There is also a cycling track in the area surrounding the monument. It is 6 meters wide and 3 kilometers long. There is another track named the "shuttle" which is 6 meters wide and 2760 meters long. This project comes as part of efforts to boost investment attraction in the western part of the island and balance concentration and distribution of recreational and tourism facilities on the island. The construction operation of this complex completed in 2016.
